Account Manager – Demand

Job Description

  • You are the person in charge of managing our existing client accounts. While doing so, you offer our existing partners new possibilities in order to keep them satisfied on a long term basis.
  • You are also responsible for the acquisition of new clients, joint venture partners, and strategic partners. As a service provider for these companies, you are the personal point of contact and you help them to reach their goals.
  • You monitor client activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase revenues. Building a long term trusted relationship with our partners is one of your main tasks.
  • By consulting client accounts globally, you support the development of our customer acquisition strategy. Therefore, your job has a direct effect on the overall success of Globale Media.

Job Requirements

  • You have successfully received a degree in business/economics, ideally with a focus on marketing, and you have already gathered a minimum of three years of working experience either in the online or mobile marketing segment. Ideally you have worked in performance or app marketing.
  • You are sales oriented and have a good understanding for the needs of our clients and consider yourself as a service provider to our customers. Your outstanding analyzing skills help you keep track of recent campaigns and activity as well as the overall market developments.
  • You communicate well and enjoy talking to customers over the phone. It is easy for you to adjust to customers from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Your mobile performance marketing know-how includes the comprehension and handling of common KPIs and analyzing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tune HasOffers, adjust). You enjoy working with figures and statistics. You are familiar with mobile operating systems, app stores and other mobile platforms.
  • Your English skills are excellent and you can handle complex issues through conversations. Ideally you are skilled in another common foreign language.
  • You have a high level of responsibility, independence at work and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have excellent time management skills and high level organizational abilities, aside detail orientation.
