  • Publisher Development and Relationship Management
  • Lead Generation
  • Affiliate/Performance Marketing
  • Business Development with both Domestic and International Affiliates
  • Understanding of performance business – CPI/ CPA/ CPS/ CPL/CPT
  • Campaign Management
  • Analyzing Campaign and Affiliate Performance Skills:- Communication Skills, Business Development, Lead Generation and Team Management


  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in Mobile AdTech industry
  • Ability to board new partners and get them started from the first month itself
  • Having good industry knowledge about publisher development, media buying and able to train and execute it along with the team.
  • Well connected with partners with direct traffic/ apps/ developers
  • Team player, friendly and getting stuff done attitude
